Searching for Answers

[Kira]

"Did you give him a name?" She asked eagerly, inching closer to get a good look.. She had always loved animals, of all sorts.

[Raku]

"Yes I did....his name is..Silverfeather. As you see, some of his feathers are silver colored." He smiled and looked at his eagle while Raku spoke, he then started to make bird sounds..almost as he talked to his eagle friend. He his eagle was just a little baby eagle...it could take many years before this eagle grow larger, the normal age was 20 when its first got in normal size as the other huge eagles.

[Kira]

She nodded and smiled. "Do you think I can can hold him> Or is he a one man bird?" She asked him curiously.

[Raku]

He looked at her as she asked and then back to his eagle that now stood on his shoulder."Well..people have to earn a eagle trust, and since I have been his friend all his life..I am the only one he would trust..but since you are in my family I guess he would allow you to hold him but be carefull. Come closer." He told her and moved his shoulder closer to her so the eagle could step over at her.

[Kira]

Kira nodded and was careful, so as not to startle the bird, unsure how he would react to her. but she was criouse all the more and hoped it would accept her.

[Raku]

He moved close to her shoulder and the eagle hasitated with stepping over at her shoulder, Raku told his eagle to move over on her shoulder and so he suddenly did. The eagle stepped slowly over to her shoulder and it stood quiet a moment then he looked at her and bowed with its head, meaning it accept that he trusted her.

[Kira]

Kira smiled and petted it's head, smiling. "He's beautiful." She smiled.

[Raku]

"Indeed he is." He looked at them silently a moment then he thought it was about to get late and they should get some sleep before the next day, Raku had much to do and he had to get up early."Oh hm..I think we should go to sleep now, its getting really late." He smiled and then took his bird back and he lot it fly out so he could stay out and look for food.

[Kira]

She nodded. "Kay." She smiled and crawled under the furs, quickly falling asleep. She was glad to have found him. He seemed nice and caring, and the bird was magnifiscent. She was excited to be living here now.

[Raku]

He smiled and watched her as she curled up under the fur, it was nice that he suddenly had got a sister and it was all new to him. Raku moved over to his bed and took some of the animal skins over him as he layed there, when he woke up that morning he had no one else then his eagle...now he suddenly got a sister and her dear wolf aswell. He closed his eyes and falled asleep, the wind outside was blowing but the fire kept them warm together with the things they had around them.

[Kira]

When they woke, it was raining and Kira felt it get cold. She wrapped a fur around her an opened the door to look out. Thunder banged and lightning fell. Rain was freezing so she closed the door. The eagle sat on the table soaked. She found a cloth and carefully dried his feathers.

[Raku]

Raku was sleeping as she awake, he had slept to long and often when he was sleeping he slept like a rock as his father did. After sometime sleeping he woke up and sligtly opened his eyes and saw his sister taking care of his eagle." Good morning." He smiled and rised up from the bed.

[Kira]

"Morning." She smiled. "He was soaking so I was drying him odd." She smiled to her brother and sat in a chair at the table.

[Raku]

(btw...you should probably know that his hut isent that big so their isent really a chair there..the room is like a box with 3 walls of stone and the only exit is coverd with wood and the roof is that aswell. The roof is low and the only thing that is inside is some blankets, fur, baskets, skins, a small table and yeah some necleces that hangs down.)

"Oh...hehe is it raining." He looked outside a moment and saw the rain was falling down and heard thunder over them."Its really a stormy weather outside, hm...well I have to go out afterall. I shouldnt have slept so long." He spoke camly and looked back at her and his eagle.

[Kira]

((I meant like a little chair for the table.))

"Heh, well, if you go out now you'll get sick, it isn't wise." She told him.
