Walking out of the palace, the elf Hatsumomo stepped gently against the grass with two guards that she had been give nto protect her against a love that went wrong and she was the one that ended up getting hurt, in more ways than one..
in the distance the man who had hurt her was hiding to get his revenge on Hatsumomo for fleeing to the palace of the king and telling on him..the man waited and as the elf walked past he flung himself out of hiding, not caring if the guards were there or not, he had a knife in his hand and was going to kill the elf
Hatsumomo screamed and fell back as she was attacked the guards lurching forward to pull the man away...

Vardamir was at the white tree of Numenor as he suddenly heard a scream, he ran to the end of the wall to see who it was and he saw a girl who was being attacked. The guards attacked the man but the evil man striked them down quickly before they could act. He saw the woman needed help and that fast, Vardamir pulled out his two swords that he had on the back and ran down the stairs to get to them. The evil man was about to strike against the woman but then right before him came Vardamir and pushed him away, the man fell and he helped the elf woman up." Are you alright?" He asked.

Looking around her, she saw that both of her guards had already been taken down, she got up and started to run, only to feel her hand being grabbed as she was pulled back and then thrown to the ground her ex love pinned her down and threatened her neck with the knife, she heard him say to her that how she dared to go to the king after he hurt her and how that he was going to kill her for it now
"no!"

Vardamir saw the man suddenly stood up and jumped at her, holding her to the ground threatened her neck with the knife. He saw this and got angry, he grabbed his shirt from behind and throw him again away from here." Leave her alone!" He shouted and as the man was about to rise up he pointed his swords against him, standing infront of her.

Crawling further back she covered her head and closed her eyes with a scream, she waited for her death to come over her and the darkness to take her so that she would never see the light of day again, she waited for pain to come over her and blood to start pouring down her cheeks...she felt none of this as she heard a voice and opened her eyes looking up to see someone protecting her "..........."

The man rised slowly up and suddenly ran at Vardamir with his knife and right before he came to close to hurt him or her, Vardamir cuted of his arm off and he fell to the ground creaming in huge pain." My arm, My arm!" He shouted as the blood flood out. Vardamir walked back a little and turned looking back at the girl." Dont worry you are safe now." The man that was bleeding slowly rised up and ran away as the blood followed him.

Watching the man she slowly got to her feet and took a breath before looking over the man and then sinking back down to her knees "thank you sir...so much..you saved my life.."

"Oh that was nothing, always a plesure to help." He smiled and placed his swords back and watcher her gently. " Why was this man after you?" He asked couriously as he looked at her, she was beautiful he thought to himself.

Hatsumomo bowed her head then lifted it at the kiss to her hand and smiled "I am Hatsumomo Aireoru....It's a pleasure to meet you Prince..." the Prince was so kind to her and he had saved her life...

Vardamir smiled as he watched her and then looked around, seeing the two guards that was supose to protect her." I see my father sent guards to protect you, well they wasnt much to use." He sighed and looked at their dead bodies then back at her." Do you live close by?" He asked her courious.

Hatsumomo looked around her then gently ran over to the guards and looked worried, they both had been killed just like that...it felt like it was her fault..."I do yes....I came last month.....I...look what I've done...."

He watched her ran over to the guards and felt sad for her, he didnt want her to have guilt. She was beautiful but he felt sad about her life and how she had ended like this. "No it wasnt your fault, they did there job and died hounorble."
