In the meantime Aëlin has went away from that wall, walking around on the road without a precise goal. She still kept staring into the distance and then soon sat down into the soft grass, lost in some day dreams.

Gildor walked outside."I can't find the steward..." Gildor told Aëlin. "I wonder where he is."

Aëlin quickly looked up to Gildor when he returned and stood up immediately. "Well... what are we going to do then? Search for him? I don't think you should just perish without informing him, my lord!" she said smiling.

"I'll leave a note." Gildor said with a concerned look.'I have left Eldalondë on a journey with a friend, i'll be back soon.'

"That is a good idea!" she said, then waited untill he has written the note. "So, when do you plan to leave, as you surely have to pack a few things?" she asked him.

"I got everything i need." Gildor told Aëlin as he put down the note and walked towards the exit of the Elf-Haven. "Are you ready?" Gildor asked Aëlin.

Aëlin nodded. "Of course I am!" she said and followed him outside of the city. "So we're leaving for Mittalmar now? Or has the route changed?" she asked him.

"Of course I am." Aëlin told him while they were walking. After some time of silence she said again "Gildor, I'm truly happy to have you with me on this journey!"
